Simple Rules For PhysioSeminars.com Subscribers-Only Site Website

1. THE DOOR CLOSES BEHIND YOU - If you leave PhysioSeminars.com Subscribers Only Site (the "SITE"), you can't come back. I'm not going to have anyone coming in every six months, downloading the updates and then leavingÉ only to repeat the process. That's not acceptable and it's not fair to the subscribers in good standing. If it's not good enough for you to stay, it's not good enough for you to come back.


2. REFUNDS: If you cancel within the first month, we will refund your first month's payment and cancel your subscription. If you cancel at any time after that, we will simply stop billing your subscription fee. Once you go past the first month there is NO REFUND for any of the past months' subscription payments. This is common sense, but it needs to be spelled out explicitly to avoid any confusion.


3. WHAT HAPPENS HERE STAYS HERE - The material we provide you remains ours in every way. Unless explicitly expressed otherwise, NO RESALE and NO REDISTRIBUTION of our material from this site is allowed under ANY circumstances. If you want to join and then turn around and start sharing, selling, renting, disclosing or teaching what we disclose to you in the SITE to other people, we reserve the right to terminate your membership. That's not fair to the other subscribers and won't be tolerated.


4. CONSTRUCTIVE COMMENTS ONLY - The discussion forums are meant to exchange useful information, expand discussion and stimulate thought. Contributions should be in keeping with this philosophy. If you disagree with points discussed, say soÉ but do it in the appropriate manner.


5. IF YOU WANT TO SHARE OR SELL THIS MATERIALÉ FORGET IT!


6. LIMITED LICENSE ONLY! - In addition to the various disclaimers displayed prominently at the bottom of our website, you understand that you are purchasing a monthly license to view the materials in the SITE. If your membership ceases, your license is revoked and you may not access the material from that point on. You are not purchasing ANY of the material in the SITE, you are only purchasing a monthly license to view the material.


7. RIPPING CDS & MP3 PLAYERS - You may, at your own expense, take the MP3's we provide on the site and convert them into audio CD's for playing on a regular stereo. You may also transfer those MP3's to ONE portable MP3 player such as an iPod. You may NEVER sell, give, or share those CD's or MP3's with anyone.


8. eBay, ONLINE AUCTIONS, SELLING MATERIAL - You expressly agree that, under no circumstances, will you sell, transfer, or cause to be sold or transferred, ANY of the material from the SITEÉ that means you WILL NEVER sell ANY of the material on eBay, your own website, or any other site.


9. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT - If we ever feel (for any reason whatsoever) it's not in our mutual best interest to continue your subscription to the SITE, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription, revoke your limited license, and, at our option, refund the current month's subscription.
